These sessions are about exploring movement in a fun, playful environment, challenging ourselves to discover what our creative bodies and minds can do.


We will:

  • focus on how movement makes us feel – dancing with freedom and creativity.

  • develop physical strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, and stamina.

  • work individually as well as connecting and collaborating with others.

  • dance together to great music.
